Delete Your Tournamaker Account

If you would like to delete your Tournamaker account and all associated data, you may submit a deletion request at any time. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

How to Request Account Deletion

Please send an email from the address associated with your Tournamaker account to:

Use the subject line: "Tournamaker Account Deletion Request"

Once your identity is verified, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Data That Will Be Deleted

• User profile information
• Tournaments you created
• Registered participants data
• Friends and social connections
• Teams and team memberships
• Messages and conversations
• Announcements
• User settings and preferences
• Owned entitlements (non-purchase-related)

Data That May Be Retained

Certain data cannot be deleted immediately for legal, fraud-prevention, or financial record-keeping reasons. Tournamaker may retain:

• Payment and transaction logs (Google / Stripe)
• Security audit logs
• Fraud-prevention event logs

These records are securely stored and retained only for the minimum period required by law and platform policies.
