Tournamaker ("we", "us", or "our") is a mobile application operated by
Tzastech S-Corp.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and providing transparency about how

A. Account Information
When you create a Tournamaker account, we may collect:
- Email address
- Password (securely hashed and managed by Firebase Authentication; we do not have access to plaintext passwords)
- Username
- Optional profile details such as display name or profile image
B. Tournament & App Usage Data
When you use the app to create, join, or manage tournaments, we may collect:
- Tournament details (name, sport, format, rules, schedule)
- Location information that you manually enter
- Participant, team, and administrator roles
- Messages, announcements, invites, and chat content related to tournaments
- Your tournament participation status and activity
C. Device & Technical Information
Collected automatically to support performance, reliability, and security:
- Device type and operating system
- App version
- Crash logs and diagnostic data
- Performance and stability metrics
D. Payments & In-App Purchases
Tournamaker offers optional in-app purchases processed through the platform provider:
- On iOS devices: Apple App Store (StoreKit)
- On Android devices: Google Play Billing
We do not collect or store payment card numbers.
The app may receive transaction-related information such as purchase status,
product identifiers, and verification tokens solely to verify purchases and grant
access to paid features.

- To enable tournament creation, participation, and administration
- To facilitate chat, messaging, invites, and announcements
- To verify in-app purchases and manage entitlements

We do not sell your personal information.

in-app purchases.

if required to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or valid legal processes.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored using secure cloud services, including:
- Firebase Authentication
- Firebase Firestore Database
- Firebase Storage
These services use encryption in transit and at rest.
While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no system can be
guaranteed to be 100% secure.
5. Your Choices & Controls
- You may update your account information within the app at any time.
- You may request permanent deletion of your account and associated data through
in-app settings or by contacting support.
- You may manage or disable notifications through your device settings.
- You may withdraw consent for optional data collection by discontinuing use of
the app or requesting account deletion.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the app’s features,
comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
When an account is deleted, associated personal data is permanently removed or
anonymized unless retention is required by law.
7. Children’s Privacy
Tournamaker is not intended for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If we become aware that such information has been collected, it will be deleted.
8. International Users
Your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other locations
where our service providers operate.
By using the app, you consent to this processing.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Any changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
Continued use of the app after changes become effective constitutes acceptance
of the revised policy.
