These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tournamaker mobile application and services (“App”), operated by Tzastech S-Corp (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Tournamaker. Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or legally responsible guardian. Organizers who receive payouts must satisfy Stripe’s identity and eligibility requirements.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized use of your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, disrupt tournaments, engage in harassment, fraud, or malicious activity.
Users may create tournaments, upload images, send messages, and interact with others. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to display it within the App. You are solely responsible for any content you submit.
You agree not to upload or engage in:
Organizers and admins may remove participants or content within their tournaments. We may remove any content that violates these Terms or harms the platform.

Participants agree to follow tournament rules and conduct themselves respectfully.
We are not responsible for disputes between participants and organizers. However, we may intervene regarding fraud, safety, or platform integrity.
Tournamaker processes tournament registration fees and organizer payouts using Stripe Connect. By creating or joining tournaments that involve payment, you agree to Stripe’s Connected Account Agreement.

If a participant files a chargeback, Stripe may debit Tournamaker. We reserve the right to:
Organizers are responsible for reporting and paying taxes on tournament earnings. Stripe may issue a 1099-K or equivalent form if thresholds are met.
Non-registration in-app purchases—such as participant tiers, upgrades, or subscriptions— are processed through Google Play Billing. We do not directly handle or store card information.
All digital purchases are verified server-side. Access may be revoked if purchases are refunded, cancelled, or flagged as fraudulent.
Refunds must be requested through Google Play. We follow the Google Play refund policy.

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
All content, design, branding, and features of Tournamaker are owned by Tzastech S-Corp. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute our intellectual property.
Tournamaker is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees about tournament accuracy, uptime, reliability, or user behavior.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tzastech S-Corp is not liable for:
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you for digital purchases in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the most recent changes. Continued use of the App means you agree to the updated Terms.
